Please note that due to a growing demand in requests, not all boxes may be available for your preferred dates. In this event, we will work to get your requested box(es) to your team as soon as we can.

Several forms are required for those that will be present at the event:
Cool Springs General Liability Release form (required for all)
Code of Conduct: Adult or Student (required for all)
Parental Consent/Medical Information Form (required for all students)
